Return & Refund Policy

International Orders

All sales are final on international orders. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on any order shipping outside the United States, under any circumstances — regardless of reason, timing, or product condition.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and import fees (Delivered Duty Paid). All shipping costs are paid by the customer upfront at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

Refunds are available on domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund, you must have tried the product. Refunds are only issued when you have tried the product and were not satisfied with the results.

To request a refund, email contact@artisaskincare.com with:

  • Your order number
  • How long you used the product
  • What you did not like about the product

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of form approval.

Subscription Orders

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing contact@artisaskincare.com.

Refunds on subscription orders follow the same form-based process as domestic orders above. A refund is only available if you have tried the product and submit the refund request form with order number, how long you used the product, and what you did not like.

International subscription eligibility: International customers cannot start a subscription until they have successfully received and kept (not refunded) at least one prior single-purchase order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a domestic order arrives damaged or defective, email contact@artisaskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective product
  • A description of the defect or damage

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you. This does not apply to international orders.

Adverse Reactions

In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, please discontinue use and contact us immediately at contact@artisaskincare.com.
