Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $4.99. Expedited and express shipping are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days standard; 2–3 business days expedited.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries. Customers pay all shipping costs in full at checkout based on real-time carrier-calculated rates (UPS and DHL Express).

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where the carrier supports it — customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout. Where DDP is not available, the customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

All international orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on international orders for any reason. See our Refund Policy.

Estimated international delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Artisa Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
