Photo & Review Release

Thank you for sharing your results with us. This short form gives Artisa your permission to feature your photos and words — and puts on record exactly what you're agreeing to.

What you're agreeing to: I am at least 18 years old. Artisa Skincare (Portrait Skincare LLC) may use the photos and/or written review I've shared ("my Content") in its marketing — including the artisaskincare.com website, emails, social media, and paid advertising — and may crop or resize it for display (never altering how my skin actually looks).

What Artisa agrees to:

  • My results are my own; Artisa will never edit my Content to exaggerate them.
  • My review reflects my honest experience.
  • I can change my mind: if I email contact@artisaskincare.com, Artisa will stop using my Content in new materials within 14 days (already-published materials may take longer to phase out).
  • My photos will never be sold or shared with anyone outside Artisa's own marketing.
