Yes — every subscription shipment is covered for 30 days from delivery. Email contact@artisaskincare.com and we'll refund the most recent shipment, opened or unopened.

We process refunds within 2 business days of your email. Once issued, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes. Refund the full bundle or just the product that didn't work for you — we'll prorate it from the bundle price. Tell us which product in your email and we'll handle the math.

The 30-day window applies to international orders too, measured from the delivery date in your country. Email us at contact@artisaskincare.com and we'll work through return logistics together; shipping costs vary by country.
